The client has the right to choose their provider.
As a client receiving services from Home Help Services, a program administered by the Department of Human Services (DHS), you have the right to choose your provider. If you are not happy with the State of Michigan or your current agency, come on over to One Love Home Care.
Switching is easy as 1 - 2 -3 .
Step 1 : CLICK HERE to email us or call us at 313.468.9615 and get set up with one of our intake agents.
Step 2 : Call your caseworker and request an appointment to change your provider.
Step 3 : Inform your One Love intake agent the date and time of your appointment.
Step 4 : You and your One Love intake agent will sign the necessary paperwork (statement of employment) and you will get welcomed to the One Love family.
